Thomas is a partner in the Corporate and M&A Practice Group advising Belgian and international corporate clients, private equity funds and family offices. He is a recognised expert in corporate M&A with over 15 years of experience.

Position

Thomas’ practice focuses on cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions (M&A), private equity and capital markets transactions. He also advises on corporate restructurings and more general corporate matters. He works across several sectors, such as energy, technology, healthcare, mining and natural resources, manufacturing, packaging and construction.

Thomas is a member of the Loyens & Loeff German Region Team.

Lenné jointly heads the team with Robrecht Coppens, who is active across the tech space, with a wide range of domestic and international private equity and venture capital clients. The firm advises on buyouts and exits, portfolio company deals, and early-stage investments, also working with portfolio companies.
