This publication is intended to be a handy overview of the most important legal and tax facets of and for Dutch building and development practice. The publication is the result of a joint effort made by various Loyens & Loeff attorneys-at-law, tax advisers and civil law notaries in different disciplines, who pooled together their expertise and experience.
