Harmen van Dam, tax adviser, is chair of the International Tax Services practice group.
Harmen advises global clients, particularly in respect to global transfer pricing (advance pricing agreements, audits, corresponding adjustments, mutual consultation procedures, arbitration, etc.), state aid, and international corporate structuring.
Harmen is a member of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers, the International Fiscal Association (IFA), the Association for Tax Research and the International Bar Association (IBA). He regularly teaches at the International Tax Center (ITC) Leiden and at the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers’ professional education.
