Loyens & Loeff‘s energy group, which is based across both Amsterdam and Rotterdam, is co-headed by transactions and projects-focused Jan-Willem van Rooij, who is ‘fully dedicated and has great drive’, and regulatory specialist Roland de Vlam. De Vlam is supported on regulatory aspects of the practice by EU and national energy specialist counsel Max Oosterhuis.
