Tom van Helmond, attorney at law, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group. He specialises in healthcare and (European) procurement and competition law. He advises parties in the healthcare sector and frequently acts for them in legal proceedings. His clients include health insurers, (cure and care) healthcare institutions, medical profession enterprises, branch associations and healthcare entrepreneurs. Thanks to his medical background, Tom is very knowledgeable on healthcare and the healthcare sector, which is a great help when representing the legal interests of clients. Tom is co-chair of the Healthcare team and member of the Life Sciences Team.
