Offering clients a full service on energy-related work, Loyens & Loeff focuses on oil and gas, power and utilities as well as renewables. A special feature is the fact that the firm has a team consisting of ten lawyers dedicated to advising energy clients exclusively on tax issues specific to the energy industry. The duo Jan-Willem van Rooij and Roland de Vlam lead the practice.
