Gert-Wim van de Meent, attorney at law, is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group and the Loyens & Loeff Benelux Food & Beverages team. He specialises in EU law (regulated markets), competition law (merger control, antitrust and state aid), corporate investigations and procurement law and healthcare law. He has a focus on regulated sectors such as Food, Healthcare and Pharma. From 2016 till 2018 he was a member of the executive board of Loyens & Loeff. Gert-Wim is a professor of European and national procurement law at the University of Amsterdam.
