Harmen Holtrop is co-Chairman of the Corporate practice group. Harmen has a broad practice with a special focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate representation. He has developed particular expertise in representing private equity firms and other financial investors in leveraged buyouts, investments and exits. Harmen is known for the high number of deals he has successfully closed in the past five years.
