Arco C.P. Bobeldijk, tax partner, is co-chair of the Corporate Tax Services practice of Loyens & Loeff.
He advises Dutch and foreign listed multinationals as well as large privately owned companies, on corporate income tax, mergers and acquisitions, reorganisations and tax governance. In the case of privately owned companies, he is also involved in advising the shareholders.
He is a member of the Corporate Restructuring & Insolvency Team and advises clients on (financial) restructuring. He is also a member of the Public Enterprises Team and advises governments on the consequences of introducing corporate income tax liability.
