Career

Marc Custers is a member of the Competition & Regulatory practice group. He specialises in EU law and competition law (merger control, anti-trust and state aid). He has experience in proceedings before the European and Dutch courts, the European Commission and the Dutch Competition Authority. Marc is editor of the Tijdschrift voor Staatssteun (a State aid journal). 

Marc is a member of the Loyens & Loeff Competition Litigation Team. He has published various articles on competition law and is a regular speaker at conferences.
