Position

Leif Djurhuus is a partner in our Commercial Real Estate team. 

Leif advises Danish and international clients on all aspects related to real property, including project development, property transactions, financing and construction law.

Leif has extensive experience in litigation and arbitration proceedings, including cases regarding property transactions, determination of rent and interpretation of contracts. Leif is regularly appointed as an arbitrator in Danish arbitration proceedings.

Plesner is noted for its work on high-profile transactions, projects and disputes. Niklas Korsgaard Christensen leads the construction team and primarily handles projects and arbitration matters; he recently assisted Dong with its €1.5bn development of the Hejrenoil and gas field in the North Sea, and worked with Peter Wengler-Jørgensen to advise on a multi-billion euro infrastructure project. Leif Djurhuus  leads the real estate team and specialises in rental disputes. Other key practitioners include Peter SchradieckTorben Bondrop, Frants Dalgaard-Knudsen, as well as Anders Friis and Jakob Schou Midtgaard who have extensive experience in real estate transactions.
