Henriette Stakemann is a partner and co-head of both Plesner’s Employment Law team and Operational Compliance team.

Henriette specialises in the corporate aspects of employment law, where she has a deep insight into the transactional and corporate aspects related to the top management, including extensive experience within contract matters and remuneration schemes in the financial sector. 

She has vast experience in advising on the structuring, drafting and implementation of cash- and share-based incentive programmes in both listed and private companies, both in Denmark and globally. Due to her extensive experience in Corporate M&A, and her experience from advising private equity funds, Henriette has particular expertise in the employment law aspects of transactions in connection with acquisitions, sales, IPOs and restructurings.

Further, Henriette advises both Danish and international undertakings with the structuring and implementation of compliance programmes in a wide range of fields as well as with internal investigations with a particular focus on employment law aspects. Moreover, Henriette advises professional partnerships on organisational and structural matters as well as on partnership matters.

Henriette has a large international network and collaborates regularly with foreign colleagues on international projects relating to transactions and incentive programmes across borders.
