Søren Thyssen Valerius draws on his experience and connections within the financial sector to complete complex transactions at high speed and without unnecessary fuss.
Søren focuses on lending and capital market transactions, including acquisition financing, corporate lending, project and asset finance and financial restructuring. In recent years, Søren has also dealt with regulatory issues for financial institutions, including consolidation transactions in the financial sector.
