Rasmus Mandøe Jensen focuses on complex financing and debt capital markets transactions, innovative financial products and financial regulation.

Rasmus advises clients in various industries, including private equity funds and industrial clients, on both financing and strategic transactions regarding financial businesses, banks and other financial undertakings, also on a crossborder basis.

Rasmus is especially renowned for his capabilities within:

• LBO financings including financings with complex intercreditor relationships;
• financing of public M&A transactions;
• debt capital markets transactions and financings from credit funds and other alternative financing providers; and
• green and sustainability-linked financings
