Jointly led by Søren Thyssen Valerius and Thomas Maaberg Hansen, who has ‘deep theoretical knowledge with a practical approach’, Plesner has been particularly active with Covid-19-related financing matters, including emergency liquidity financings, refinancings, amendment and waiver processes, and recapitalisations. More generally, the group has expertise in derivatives, structured products, acquisition financing work and project and asset-based financings. At Plesner, the capital markets group, which comprises ECM and DCM sub-divisions, is equally at ease advising on international matters as it is domestic work.
