Kasper Frahm is head of our Trademark Law and Design team.

Kasper’s primary practice areas are trademarks, copyrights and product imitations. He advises both Danish and foreign clients with special focus on the enforcement of intellectual property rights in court cases, including by means of preliminary injunctions and preservation of evidence. Kasper also has extensive experience in providing advice in administrative cases on trademarks and designs.

Kasper is author of the book “Product Imitation Case Law“. He lectures on IP rights both in Denmark and abroad and holds an LL.M. in IP law from King’s College London. Kasper is a member of the European Trademark Law and Practice Team at MARQUES.

Plesner has a large and growing trade mark prosecution practice, and advises major technology companies on copyright matters as well as acting for design businesses in design and trade mark matters. It is also adept at handling non-contentious IP work, advising clients on IP-related M&A mandates. Kasper Frahm leads the team, which includes Peter-Ulrik Plesner and Sture Rygaard who have extensive experience in patent and  trade mark litigation. The group also handles both the enforcement and prosecution of trade marks, designs and product imitations.

Plesner handles the full gamut of media and entertainment matters and advises several high-profile clients, including major film distribution companies and cinema owners as well as film advertising production companies. The group is also active in disputes, with Kasper Frahm litigating several IP and media disputes. Practice head Emil Jurcenoks is regularly instructed by celebrities and tabloid magazines in Denmark.
