Henrik is a member of the Public Procurement and Insolvency groups. He works a great deal with matters concerning public procurement, commercial contracts, insolvency and dispute resolution. Henrik has substantial experience of advising clients on public procurements and appeals, drafting commercial agreements, insolvency and commercial disputes. Henrik is frequently engaged as a lecturer in these areas and he publishes articles and chronicles in the Swedish procurement journal, Anbudsjournalen.
