Kromann Reumert's team works on big-ticket deals across the full spectrum of capital markets issues. Marianne Philip jointly leads the practice and advised Bavarian Nordic on its issuance of new shares to Johnson & Johnson Innovation, and assisted Zealand Pharma with its IPO on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. In another highlight, fellow co-head Christian Lundgren acted for New Energy Investment, a Goldman Sachs subsidiary, on its bookbuild offering of shares in Dong Energy.
