Henrik represents both Danish and foreign industrial and financial businesses, and private equity funds on disposals and acquisitions, mergers, initial public offerings and share issues. Henrik is highly experienced in major M&A and capital markets transactions, including M&A transactions abroad and privatisations. He has advised on numerous transactions and mergers within the banking sector. Henrik also advises a long list of clients on general company law and stock exchange regulation matters. Henrik became a partner in 1993.

Henrik obtained his law degree (cand.jur.) from Aarhus University in 1983, and sub-sequently an LL.M. from the University of Chicago Law School 1991.

Kromann Reumert's team works on big-ticket deals across the full spectrum of capital markets issues. Marianne Philip jointly leads the practice and advised Bavarian Nordic on its issuance of new shares to Johnson & Johnson Innovation, and assisted Zealand Pharma with its IPO on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. In another highlight, fellow co-head Christian Lundgren acted for New Energy Investment, a Goldman Sachs subsidiary, on its bookbuild offering of shares in Dong Energy. Other notable names include Jørgen Kjergaard Madsen, Anders Stubbe Arndal and Henrik Møgelmose.

M&A powerhouse Kromann Reumert works across a broad range of sectors on its deals with recent highlights including Henrik Møgelmose advising DLF Seeds on its acquisition of Syngenta's sugar beet seed business, Christian Lundgren assisting TDC with its sale to a consortium comprised of Macquarie European Infrastructure Fund, PFA Pension, PKA and ATP; and Christina Bruun Geertsen acting for Altor Fund IV on its acquisition of Tresu from Erhvervsinvest.
