Career

Christina has advised on numerous IPOs and share issues and has extensive experience in drafting prospectuses and handling verification processes. She is also advisor to a number of Greenlandic businesses and has in-depth knowledge of Greenlandic law. Christina became a partner in 2007.

Education

Christina obtained her law degree (cand.jur.) from Aarhus University in 1996, and sub-sequently an LL.M. from King's College in London 1997.

Further work includes Jørgen Kjergaard Madsen assisting Hellman & Friedman with its all-cash public offer for shares in Nets, Christian Ibsen acting for Eniig Energi on its acquisition of Naturgas, and Jens Steen Jensen handling Danica Pension's acquisition of SEB's pension operations in Denmark. Marianne Philip is also a key practitioner and advises on M&A, restructuring and general corporate law; also noted are Jakob Hans Johansen, Anders Stubbe Arndal and Jacob Høgh Madsen.
