Tina Brøgger Sørensen is primarily engaged in employment, labour and data protection law. Tina is head of Kromann Reumert's Personal data and whistleblower schemes practice group AND IS An internationally Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/E). 

Tina has considerable experience in advising employers on discrimination issues, mergers and acquisitions, dismissals in connection with restructuring, rationalisation or closure of businesses, and senior management issues. In addition, she represents clients before the Danish Board of Equal Treatment and the Danish courts. 

 

In addition, Tina is head of Kromann Reumert's Personal Data and Whistleblower Schemes practice group, in which she is widely engaged in data protection including processing of employee data, handling of resigned employees, whistleblowing schemes, etc. 

 

Tina advises a broad range of Danish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange listings, and incentive programmes. She has accumulated in-depth knowledge of the employment law challenges faced by clients in the healthcare and food industries. Along with providing sound legal guidance, Tina demonstrates substantial commercial understanding in her advice, highlighting any internal political implications for companies in their selected courses of action.

She became a partner in January 2011.
