Helene Amsinck was born in 1964, joined Kromann Reumert in 1989 and became a partner in 1998. Handling all types of employment and labour law issues and disputes, domestically as well as internationally, she has extensive experience in transactions, restructuring, collective redundancies, collective bargaining agreements and litigation. She also specialises in directors and managers.
