Bart has coordinated several multi-jurisdictional merger proceedings and is currently involved in infringement cases such as the “Air Cargo” and “Power Cables” cartel cases, and two landmark “pay-for-delay” cases. Bart has also developed extensive experience in distribution, pricing and cooperation strategies at both national and international level, and he is active as either plaintiff or defence counsel in a number of State aid proceedings.
