Career

Firstly and primarily, Jeppe advises on all disciplines of procurement and tender law, primarily assisting contracting authorities with the execution of tenders from the preliminary, strategic considerations and implementation of market dialogues to drafting tender and contract documents and implementing the process itself to the final contract award. His experience in also assisting companies in submitting tenders and considering appeal procedures ensures commercial and balanced advice in relation to the process and the material, which very much supports a sustainable tender while also focusing on successfully executing the project “behind the tender”. This creates an essential connection between the process and the contract – the advice is an end-to-end solution. Having Jeppe on board as part of the team ensures that the project is continuously in focus.

Secondly, Jeppe works with public regulation in a broad sense, including public subsidies, environmental law, waste and supply related issues and the interfaces to public regulation and projects in a political context, ensuring coherent advice – even when tensions are running high. Jeppe was the first attorney to complete the masters degree MEEL (Master in Environmental and Energy Law).

Finally, Jeppe is Kromann Reumert’s procurement and public law knowledge ambassador with responsibility for strengthening internal and external knowledge sharing, including in relation to emerging trends and new regulation and case law from complaint boards and courts, and for streamlining advisory services in the practice areas.
