Jette assists clients in drafting and negotiation of IT contracts and outsourcing deals, both ITO’s and BPO’s. She has in-depth knowledge of the special requirements for the various industries when acquiring IT projects or outsourcing services and has deep insight to the current practices on the Scandinavian market. She has a committed approach to any project which she is involved in, and co-operates closely with clients to transform negotiations of IT contracts or outsourcing deals into value-adding results.
Jette has negotiated several significant Danish and international IT and outsourcing matters. Drawing on years of experience, she ensures that negotiation outcomes are reached professionally without jeopardising client interests.
Jette is also one of the most experienced lawyers on the Danish market for drafting and negotiating transitional services and separation agreements to be entered as part of transactions. Jette has a great overview of key issues and the relevant cost and risk drivers in separation processes, and her experience within this field goes beyond the strict legal and negotiating skills.
