Anders is charged with managing the firm’s engagement with a broad variety of clients – ranging from the largest financial businesses, listed groups, fund-owned media groups, private equity funds, partnership-owned consultancy companies and international IT businesses through to business angels. Anders has extensive experience in helping foreign businesses invest in Denmark. He has advised on transactions for all types of businesses and large property portfolios, and helped financial investors make alternative investments and set up alternative structures. He often chairs general meetings for listed companies.
