Career

Bent Kemplar advises primarily on mergers and acquisitions, commercial and company law, and stock exchange and capital market law.

Bent offers M&A advice to Danish and foreign industrial clients, financial undertakings and private equity funds, including in relation to auctioning, capital raising and stock exchange law. He also assists owner-managers in their succession planning.

Bent advises private, listed and state-owned companies and financial undertakings on company and group reorganisations, mergers and demergers, and issues relating to articles of association, capital structure, shareholders, and corporate governance.

Furthermore, he assists clients in general commercial law matters, including business and trade relationships.

Bent is intensely focused on working closely with clients to find legal solutions supporting their commercial objectives.
