Andreas has many years of experience in advising distressed businesses and creditors in Denmark and abroad within a wide range of industries, including retail, property development, construction, agriculture, finance, travel/tourism, bank and insurance.

He has represented clients in a substantial number of cases before national courts and arbitration tribunals concerning everything from failing banks and financial instruments to disputes about voidable transactions, transfers of cooperative flats, plants and vehicles. Andreas has a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court.

Bringing with him a wealth of experience across various industries as well as thorough knowledge of law and practice, Andreas has been involved in a huge number of business transfers, thereby saving a considerable number of jobs and assets that would have been lost without such transfers.

In his work, Andreas makes a point of always delivering value for money offering honest, easy-to-understand and cost-effective advice and competent dispute resolution.  His number one priority is to know the clients’ businesses to ensure that each client receives the right advice at the right time.

Andreas became a partner in 2021.
