Career
Paul leads the Corporate and Commercial team at Ellisons Solicitors. Paul joined Ellisons in September 2010, was promoted to Partner in 2016 and Head of Corporate and Commercial in 2021. Paul trained at a London based firm and qualified in January 2009.
Paul’s focus is the acquisition and disposal of private companies, regularly working on transactions with a deal value of £1m to £50m, that scope regularly includes management buy outs and transactions requiring tax driven restructurings prior to disposal. He also has expertise in acting for Administrators and Liquidators in the disposal of businesses from insolvency processes, regularly advising insolvency professionals alongside our specialist Insolvency Team.

Attended the University of Essex – 2002-2005. College of Law, London – 2005-2006.
Leisure
Paul enjoys watching most sports in particular football, boxing and cricket. Paul plays football competitively and is a season ticket holder at Southend United.
