Fintech matters are a key area of strength for the group, which has seen an increase in mandates from the renewable energy sector, and has also been kept busy advising on financings within the hospitality sector. Under the leadership of Chryso Pitsilli-Dekatris, the practice continues to act on syndicated project financings and re-financings. Anna Rossides has significant experience in handling IPOs and issues relating to foreign stock exchanges. Pavlos Symeonides and newly promoted associate partners Elena Panayiotou and Artemis Amalia Metaxa are key names to note.
