Christian has 30+ years’ transaction and real estate experience. He assists Danish and international pension funds, businesses, private equity funds and public property owners in real estate related acquisitions and divestitures and project development.

Christian has contributed to The Danish Bar and Law Society’s guidelines on corporate and stock exchange matters. Admitted to Kraks Blå Bog 2010.

Practice co-head Christian Schow Madsen has extensive experience in real estate transactions; he advised Danica Pension on its sale of 16 shopping centres to ATP. Fellow practice head Christian Johansen acted for contractor Salini Impregilo in an arbitration against Metroselskabet regarding substantial claims for additional work, disruption and delay during the client's construction of a new circle line in Copenhagen, and Søren Damgaard, who is 'an experienced negotiator', assisted Dades with the sale of its iconic building Gammel Kongevej 60 to KlÜvern. Also noted is Søren Kopp, who has 'a great working capacity' and 'can handle very complex transactions'.
