Luís do Nascimento Ferreira joined the firm in 2003 and became a partner in 2017. He is a member of the European law and competition team.

Career

Vast experience in merger control, restrictive practices, market dominance, State Aid and services of general economic interest – before the Portuguese Competition Authority, the European Commission and EU and national courts – as well as in the setting up and implementation of compliance programmes. Also holds great experience in regulatory energy law, by counselling companies in sanctioning proceedings and regulatory matters.
