She advises on reorganisations and provides consultancy assistance on specific transactions, including questions related to transfer pricing, application of Double Taxation Agreements and CFC rules.
Her expertise includes income tax, VAT, property transfer tax, excise duties and stamp tax.
Maria Quintela’s professional activity also involves representing national and international clients in tax litigation matters in both administrative proceedings and in court.
