Career

André de Sousa Vieira joined the firm in 2020 as a partner.

He has previously worked for a decade in the Energy and Infrastructure team (Worldwide Projects Group) at Clifford Chance LLP (London), where he co-headed both the Portuguese and the Lusophone Africa practices.

He is particularly recognised for advising complex syndicated loans, sovereign debt, asset finance, export-credit and international project finance transactions in the energy, natural resources and infrastructure sectors, having represented lenders (DFIs, ECAs and commercial banks), sponsors and governments.
