Position

Inês Gouveia joined the firm in 2006. She is a member of the European law and competition team.

Career

Inês professional experience is focused on advising clients in the area of competition law, in particular, in merger control procedures both at the national and at the Community levels, as well as in the area of restrictive practices and abuses of market dominance.

She has also worked on cases relating to the free movement of goods, as well as in the area of energy regulation.

From 1998 to 2005 she practised law at Osório de Castro, Verde Pinho, Vieira Peres, Lobo Xavier e Associados – Sociedade de Advogados.
