Ricardo’s activity is mainly focused on financial and insurance, energy and real estate areas, in particular the tax advice of domestic and multinational groups, setting up of investment structures, classic and innovative funding arrangements (corporate, aviation, project and real estate finance), restructuring transactions and others domestic and cross border financial transactions (factoring, leasing, debt and hybrid instruments, securitisations).
Ricardo has been actively involved in relevant tax disputes, notably matters regarding stamp duty, corporate and personal income taxes.
