Prior to joining the firm Pedro worked at Banco Fomento e Exterior (now Banco BPI) and at Caixa Geral de Depósitos, where he handled various types of financing operations, notably in the areas of corporate finance, trade finance and project finance.
Currently he practices in the areas of banking and financial law, notably in project finance, corporate, trade finance, structured finance and debt restructuring.
He has also participated in several mergers and acquisitions.
