- Acting as co-lead counsel to Belfius Bank in the collective action brought by the Arco-shareholders and obtained a major win before the commercial court against 2000 claimants in November 2021.
- Assisting the former CEO of the Euronext-listed fashion group FNG in its dispute with the regulator FSMA, minority shareholders and bondholders.
- Acted as counsel to the Belgian Perrigo companies, which were asked to disclose alleged evidence within the framework of post-M&A arbitration proceedings between the Perrigo group (buyer) and the former sellers of the Omega Pharma shares.

- Acted as court-appointed mediator to the Hamon Group, an international structure specialised in the field of engineering and project management of industrial thermal systems and industrial smoke abatement.
- Advising Luxembourg road transport company Lexsis, which is an important supplier and a significant creditor of a Liberty Steel company that is undergoing a judicial reorganisation procedure.
- Representing Flyer Group, Belgium’s leading online printing group, in a multitude of proceedings against its creditors arising from the restructuring of the group following the economic impact of the Covid-19 crisis.
