Position

Michael Nahon is a Partner at Hassans.

He has been specialising in Data Protection since 2004. He regularly advises multinational corporations as well as the local gaming, banking and telecoms sectors on their Gibraltar Data Protection and Cyber law obligations.

Michael also conducts data protection audits to assist clients understand their data protection obligations and develop means by which to ensure GDPR compliance. This includes preparation of GDPR compliant policies and in-house training. He is a contributing author to DLA’s Data Protection Laws of the World Handbook, PDP Journals and DataGuidance.
