With 30 years’ experience, Thierry Brun is a recognised specialist in mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and company restructuring.
His multi-sectoral activity is mainly focused on international transactions for high-end clients including corporates and investment funds, both French and foreign, to whom he offers support in their strategic growth and/or restructuring projects in France and abroad.
He also manages strategic litigation and arbitration proceedings related to his areas of specialisation.
