Position

Pauline is a partner heading up Beauchamps’ knowledge management team. Pauline and her team ensure  lawyers and clients are up to date on legal developments and trends. Her focus is on ensuring the collective experience and knowledge is shared across the Firm and with Beauchamps’ clients.

Pauline is involved in the delivery of client seminars, newsletters and topical updates. She provides ongoing support to the partners and other colleagues with briefing notes, checklists, legal research services, and professional development and skills training.

Previously, Pauline was a member of the corporate and commercial team, advising clients on corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, fundraising, shareholders agreements and related areas.
