Position
Edward is an exceptionally experienced partner in Beauchamps’ Corporate, Commercial and M&A department, who covers the full range of commercial transactions – including M&A, PE and venture investments, trade deals, MBO’s / MBI’s, commercial agreements and capital transactions – for a broad and diverse range of clients.
Edward is well known for his consistent volume of high-level transactions over almost 30 years of practise and also leads Beauchamps’ commercial sports law group that advises some of the biggest sporting brands in Ireland.
