Position
Clíodhna is a partner in Beauchamps’ litigation & dispute resolution team. Clíodhna has vast experience of recovery and enforcement proceedings and financial services litigation. She also has extensive experience in the area of residential mortgage repossession, and regularly appears in both the High Court and the Circuit Court in repossession proceedings.
Clíodhna is a specialist in the area of personal insolvency and represents financial institutions in bringing objections to proposed personal insolvency arrangements. Clíodhna has acted in a number of leading cases which have defined and shaped the landscape of personal insolvency law.
