Position

Stuart is a senior associate in Beauchamps award winning Energy & Natural Resources team. He joined Beauchamps in September 2020 from Bord na Móna plc where he spent the previous five years providing legal support across the company’s diverse business operations including, thermal generation, wind farm development and solar PV.

Stuart commenced legal practice in 2010 having worked for over 15 years as a construction professional on a wide range of infrastructure and commercial property projects and consequently has an acute awareness and understanding of client’s needs and requirements. This was something he leveraged and developed during his time as a senior in-house lawyer in Bord na Móna and continues to leverage in delivering practical, targeted advice to our clients.

His specialities include energy law, planning and environmental law, construction law and contract negotiations. He advises energy developers, renewable energy developers, property developers, local authorities and semi-state companies.
