Tobias Eisenmann specializes in advice to and judicial representation of national and international enterprises in the construction and real estate sector, medium-sized building contractors, property developers, architects and engineers. His activity includes counsulting on large-scale projects and individual construction projects, on sales and acquisitions and commercial leases. A further emphasis of his legal work is on drafting real estate sale and purchase agreements, construction agreements as well as contracts for architects and engineers.
