Other key highlights include Hans-Peter Jørgensen assisting Heimstaden Danmark with its €105m acquisition of a Copenhagen building project, Merete Larsen, who specialises in transactions and project development work, advising Carlsberg Byen on the development of the land of its former brewery, which included lease agreements with Accenture and Regus; and Jan Hellmund Jensen, who handles project developments, acting for Enggaard on the €400m sale of the East Harbour in Aalborg.
