Head of the firm's Banking & Finance group. Work includes advising banks and financial instituions on all aspects of financial law, securities, structured products, securitisations, project financing, regulatory matters, including netting, collateral and clearing. Has advised on the rescue and public take-over and winding-up of Danish banks in 2008-14.


Joined the firm in 1984 and became a partner in 1991. Seconded to Linklaters & Paines, London 1990-91.

Other recent mandates include Chantal Pernille Patel assisting Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Assets with the disposal of its stake in Copenhagen Airports to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and ATP, Klaus Søgaard acting for GreenMobility on its IPO on Nasdaq First North Copenhagen, Anders Ørjan Jensen advising Danske Bank as bookrunner on H+H International’s rights issuance and admission of new shares on Nasdaq Copenhagen, and Tobias Linde handling Nykredit Realkredit's bond issuance.
