Position

Head of the firm's Banking & Finance group. Work includes advising banks and financial instituions on all aspects of financial law, securities, structured products, securitisations, project financing, regulatory matters, including netting, collateral and clearing. Has advised on the rescue and public take-over and winding-up of Danish banks in 2008-14.

Career

Joined the firm in 1984 and became a partner in 1991. Seconded to Linklaters & Paines, London 1990-91.
