Lawyer Rankings

Denmark > Energy

Gorrissen Federspiel‘s energy and infrastructure practice draws on the firm’s broader strengths to assist with a wide range of energy matters, including project developments, financings, investments, M&A, and regulatory matters. Michael Meyer leads the department and has notable experience in handling cases for traditional energy players in the oil and gas and electricity spaces; Meyer also heads up the Greenland desk, which works closely with Greenlandic firm Arctic Law Greenland ApS on energy matters in the jurisdiction. The practice is also well regarded for its experience in renewable energy projects spanning solar parks, biomethane plants, and onshore and offshore wind parks. Christoffer Fode and Christian Halskov Sauer, who focus on development work and corporate PPAs, are key contacts for renewable sector work, while Jacob Sandholt advises on energy sector legislation.
