Co-led by Hans-Peter Jørgensen, the group has established real estate Fellow co-head Lotte Eskesen is an experienced litigator who handles claims relating to renewable energy projects.

The team at Gorrissen Federspiel handles the full spectrum of banking and finance issues for domestic and international institutions in the Danish and wider Nordic banking sector. The group has a prominent regulatory practice, with Morten Nybom Bethe considered a ‘go-to’ practitioner for regulatory matters. In Copenhagen, Michael Steen Jensen heads up the practice and has extensive experience in debt capital markets work, advising on junior covered bonds and senior debt in addition to international debt programmes and hybrid capital.
