Denmark > Real estate and construction

Gorrissen Federspiel is praised for its ‘second-to-none’ know-how when it comes to cross-border real estate M&A work, large-scale and complex real estate project developments, and construction law matters in relation to tenders, construction works and disputes. The real estate and construction group leverages the firm’s expertise across corporate and M&A, tax and competition law to provide a full-service offering to major corporates, investment funds, construction companies and Danish pension funds. Jesper Avnborg Lentz leads on the real estate side, while Steen Hellmann heads up the construction team following his arrival from Viltoft; Lentz is a key name for commercial leases, construction law and real estate taxation issues, while Hellmann specialises in construction issues and dispute resolution. Hans-Peter Jørgensen‘s practice emphasises litigation and arbitration proceedings, large construction projects, commercial leases, project developments and procurement law. Steen Puch Holm-Larsen has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate law and joined the firm from Bech-Bruun in November 2023, along with Sven Frode Frølund.
